• Description: Take ownership of the Stashed Discord: structure, releases, onboarding, and engagement. Lead EU/UK sneaker drops from leak to launch, and turn our community into high-value content, product decisions, and flawless release execution — always staying two steps ahead.

What You’ll Do

• Run and grow the Stashed Discord → own structure, release channels, onboarding, and engagement.

• Stay ahead of drops and leaks → package data, monitors, and sources into clear, actionable updates.

• Bridge community and content → turn insights into high-performing posts across Discord, socials, and blog.

• React instantly to breaking news → members hear it from you first.

• Create and refine SOPs → simplify workflows, spot automation opportunities, and work with the dev team.

• Boost onboarding & retention → make new members feel welcome and hooked from day one.

• Support expansion → help extend beyond sneakers into streetwear, hype toys, and more.
