About Stashed

Members get early access to the hottest drops, most-wanted sneakers, and exclusive events. Our goal is to grow the Stashed community. To keep scaling, we’re hiring a creative all-rounder who can write conversion-driven copy and create scroll-stopping social content that tells our story and fuels growth.

 

Who Are You?

You’re equal parts storyteller and social-native creator. You live and breathe sneakers—but more importantly, you know how to translate release info and product insights into narratives, memes, carousels, Reels, and threads that captivate and convert. Your writing is sharp, your content is thumb-stopping, and your decisions are guided by data.

 

What You'll Be Doing

 

  • Write and publish high-impact content about the most-hyped EU/UK releases across blog, email, and social channels.
  • Plan, script, and create social-first assets—IG Reels, TikTok clips, X threads, carousel posts—that drive reach and community engagement.
  • Own the content calendar: schedule posts, coordinate with design, and ensure every drop or campaign hits the right channel at the right time.
  • Send weekly email campaigns packed with launch updates, market insights, and member news that drive clicks and conversions.
  • Engage the community: jump into comments/DMs, spark conversations, and surface insights that inform future content.
  • Repurpose like a pro—turn a deep-dive blog into a Twitter thread, a Discord teaser, and an IG carousel.
  • Track performance via platform analytics and iterate quickly to lift reach, watch-time, and CVR.
  • Stay plugged into culture: memes, viral sneaker moments, platform updates—if it moves the culture, you know it first.

 

What you bring

  • Experience with writing copy and creating social content for visibility and reach
  • You’ve been into sneakers for at least 3 years and are on top of all the upcoming hyped streetwear and sneaker releases.
  • A growth mindset: you're not just writing to inform—you’re writing to convert, scale, and strengthen the Stashed community.
  • You have a deep understanding of what Stashed offers and why people rely on us and trust us.
  • Proven copywriting skills across social, email, and web—your writing resonates and drives action.
  • Background in communication, marketing, or writing.
  • Creative thinker who’s not afraid to try new formats or ideas.
  • Strong English writing and communication skills.
  • You’re organized, proactive, and take full ownership of your tasks.
  • Comfortable with Trello, Miro, Discord, Notion, and Google Drive.
  • BONUS: You’ve grown an audience or brand through content you've created.

  • Is available part-time or full-time.
  • Preferably lives in North Holland (The Netherlands).
  • Can work independently and proactively.
  • Prioritizes tasks effectively and meets deadlines.
  • Has strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
  • Is committed to hitting goals and delivering results.
  • Speaks and writes fluent English.
  • Preferably has experience with membership-based or community-driven products.
  • Has a deep passion for sneakers and streetwear—and understands the market.
