Stashed is a fast-growing online community for sneaker and streetwear lovers. Our members get early access to the most exclusive drops, tools that give them an edge, and real-time info they won’t find anywhere else.

We’re not just another sneaker page—we’re building an infrastructure of custom bots, intelligent systems, and automation flows that help our community win. And now, we’re ready to push that even further.

We’re looking for a technical, automation-obsessed full stack developer who’s fluent in Python and excited about using AI and automation to scale what we do. You’ll help shape systems that work 24/7 behind the scenes—from backend bots to smart alerts to future-facing AI tools. 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintaining and improving backend systems that power our bots, tools, and services
• Building automation flows that reduce manual work and scale how we operate
• Exploring and implementing ways to use AI (GPT, LLMs, vision models, etc.) to assist with:
    ◦ Release detection
    ◦ Content generation
    ◦ Customer experience
    ◦ Internal tools
• Improving our deployment and monitoring setup for speed, scale, and reliability
• Collaborating closely with a small, execution-first team that loves experimenting and iterating fast
• Testing and launching internal tools that make us (and our members) more effective

 

 

Your Stack & Skills

• Python.
• Node.js + TypeScript: used in backend APIs and service logic.
• Git: solid version control workflow
• Databases: MongoDB and SQL experience
• Deployment: comfortable with Docker, CI/CD, or managing VPS setups.
• AI-experienced: you’re either already using AI tools in your workflow.
• BONUS: experience with web scraping, browser automation, or LLM/GPT APIs
• BONUS: able to build light UIs or internal tools (React, Vue, or plain HTML/CSS)

• Real-world experience building or maintaining full stack systems
• You’ve worked with bots, task runners, or real-time tools (or want to)
• You think in systems and know how to structure things for scale

• You’re independent, proactive, and don’t need handholding
• You like startups, fast feedback loops, and building things that actually launch
