We’re looking for a Content Creator & Startup Builder who does more than just design or post. You’ll create content that sells memberships, drives virality, and brings our brand to life — and you’ll play an active role in shaping how Stashed grows.

This isn’t a safe social media job. It’s a startup role. That means you’ll create, test, measure, and improve content every day — while also stepping into strategy, analytics, campaigns, and whatever else the mission requires. If you want ownership, speed, and impact: this is your shot.

 

Your Mission

  • Turn culture into growth → Translate our membership, vision, drops, and USP’s into content that clicks, converts, and spreads.

  • Create authentic video content → TikToks, Reels, Shorts, IG Stories that feel native, not corporate.

  • Storytelling & copywriting → Craft hooks, captions, and narratives that sell.

  • Plan & run campaigns → Build calendars around major drops and releases, then execute them end-to-end.

  • Spot & act on trends → Memes, virals, cultural moments — and make them ours.

  • Design & execute → Handle visuals and assets yourself in the beginning (Figma, Canva, Adobe).

  • Track & report → Build KPI dashboards, measure what works, and report weekly to our CMO.

  • Think & build like a founder → Step outside pure content. Bring ideas, solve problems, and help shape the engine of Stashed as we scale.

  • Automate content workflows → Build scalable systems for publishing, repurposing, and distribution so we can 10x output without 10x effort.

Who You Are

  • Culture-sharp → You understand sneaker/streetwear psychology or at least know how to decode what makes people engage.

  • Creator-first → You think in formats, stories, and hooks — not just “posts.”

  • Storyteller → You know how to translate a USP into a narrative that sells.

  • Data-driven → You test, track, and reverse-engineer from KPIs back to content.

  • Independent & proactive → You create and ship without waiting for approval.

  • Startup mindset → You’re flexible, hungry, and ready to play multiple roles in a small, fast-moving team.

  • Builder → Today you’re making Reels, tomorrow you’re leading content ops and working with influencers.

 

KPIs You’ll Own

  • Traffic & reach (views, impressions, engagement).

  • Membership conversions from content.

  • Viral content output (shareable, trending, expanding reach).

  • Campaign performance on major releases.

  • Weekly reporting & data-driven improvements.

 

The Challenge

We don’t believe in long cover letters. Instead, here’s your challenge:

Choose one major upcoming drop (for example the Travis Scott x Fragment AJ1 Low).

Show us how you’d translate it into a convincing content campaign that reaches our audience on a large scale and sells memberships.


Include:

    • content ideas (short-form video or memeable format).

    • Example copy/captions that sell.

    • A simple design/visual concept.

    • How you’d track results and what KPI’s you’d measure.

    • Feel free to provide your own input.
